SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Dallas ,Texas warehouse. All orders are subject to processing time (up to 24 hours), which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by the applicable carrier.  Orders with standard shipping can still take up to 4 - 5 business days. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your shipping address but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 10 days of the delivered date. Upon reporting your lost package, we will inquire with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. You must also make claim with the carrier (USPS), and give us the claim number. 

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 21 days of the purchase date for item(s) in new condition. Return item(s) must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. We will not accept any returns postmarked after 21 days of purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. After we receive your return, we will issue you a refund in the form of a store credit (gift-card) of your returned item(s).
